you're the second person on my list to rave. I've only ever been so-so on Ironman growing up and Robert looked so hot in the trailer I didn't even recognize him. I think i'll have to check it ou

I never got into reading Marvel comics but I do like several of the movie adaptations. Add in Robert Downey, Jr. and I was so there.

i've got a 30 year collection of Marvel/DC so i pretty much see most of the hero things unless they look horrid. I wasn't disappointed in Ironman

Yeah, we're gonna have to see this one. I've been in love with RD Jr. since Chaplin; and since I never read Iron Man, I have no pre-conceived notions (although Barb says he's THE best casting for Tony Stark, ever).

My first-love of RD Jr. is more vague -- might have been Less Than Zero and certainly was that era. I loved him on Ally McBeal and so rooted for him to make it back from the abyss then. So glad he finally has.

And, hell, yeah. He's a FANTASTIC Tony Stark.

I've still never seen "Less Than Zero," although it's on my list; I watched "Ally McBeal" on and off until he joined the cast and then it was suddenly Must See TV - I still have his version of "River" on my Christmas music list, every year. We'll probably see it this weekend... I hope!
