It's been 178 days since the last time Chicago saw 70ºF -- so the Tribune sent out a news alert.

178 days.  It was October the last time it happened.  Six months.  Half a year.  A LONG FRICKING TIME!

I won't mind a mild summer, but WOW am I sick of this vicious winter.  Let's hope this means it's over.
